Open, Connect, Grow is an exclusive 10-week commitment to changing your life, which includes: One weekly video call session (one hour in length) We will begin by understanding your goals and how to build a life you love to live during our calls. Together we will open up to the trauma or struggles of the past, connect to your true self, and the challenge to start growing into the person you want to be. Along the way, I will include tools and skills that you can instantly use as you gain confidence in implemeting a new plan, creating customized goals and executing the steps to create a life you want to live. Weekly tailored homework assignments On our 10-week journey, you will open to yourself and learn more about who you truly are and want to become. Each week you will be given an assignment that is specific to what you are currently going through. These exercises will help you uncover what's holding you back and carve a new path for your life. You can expect activities to help you build your self-worth, improve self-talk and image, strengthen vital relationships and bring joy back to your daily life. 24/7 email and Text message access during your 10-weeks of coaching. Throughout the journey, you will have the opportunity to have 24/7 access to me for challenges, breakthroughs, or just a quick sense check.
